We had an awesome time with Bukenya (also goes by Zaide) - we were taken care of every step of the way, and the guys always went the extra mile. The pace was always matched to what we wanted to do. We saw tons of wild animals, and it was a pleasure learning from Bukenya and Edward about Ugandan wildlife and its people. They were also great at going at a slow pace, avoiding the crowds, and finding hard to spot animals (namely, Lions, Leopards and Hyenas!). We had many magical moments. I would very highly recommend these guys, I don’t think you could ask for a better guide while you are in Uganda!

Bukenya and Edward have looked after us brilliantly. A large party came to Kampala for a Kwanjula. About 15 of us from different countries. Bukenya was always there for us with patience knowledge and humour. I have never written a review before so it is something for me to publicly share my opinion. Zaidie was our guide , he was very professional, informative and knowledgeable about the area and animals alike. We booked 5 days with Zaide and from start to finish it was a once in a lifetime adventure. We were so lucky, thanks to his excellent spotting we managed to be blessed with 2 leopard cubs so close we could hear them licking their paws. We saw so many elephants, a lioness, Pumba , hippos, water buck, and cope as well as vultures and beautifully coloured birds. We stayed a beautiful lodge that had massive potential but service was poor(nothing to do with lavish). The vehicle as clean and comfortable and our guide spoke great English. Highly recommended

My family and I went on a 3-day Murchison Falls National Park safari that included a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary on our way up to the park. Our guides Zaid and Edward were fantastic and made our trip extremely memorable. Specifically, I commend Zaid and Edward for their knowledge of Murchison and awareness of the best places to take us in order to have the best chances to view the animals that reside in the park. We spotted hyenas, giraffes, lions, elephants, and a lot more. I do think there is some room for improvement on the front office side of things. I ran into a bit of an issue making the second portion of my safari payment because Lavish Safari is not well established to receive large sums from the U.S. The issue was eventually resolved but it did cause a headache. Secondly, I think if Lavish Safari can add more information/details on the itinerary particularly what guests will encounter on the hikes including the strenuousness and athletic level recommended to comfortably navigate the hikes. I'm an experienced hiker/active person and even i found parts of the hike to Murchison Falls  challenging. Aside, from these couple of items i would strongly recommend Lavish Safari and Edward and Zaid.
